Comprehensive Educational Record Review
Thorough evaluation of historical IEPs, 504 plans, psycho-educational evaluations, private therapy assessments, and BIPs; includes an executive summary with clinical-educational recommendations.
This may involve:
Determining if the present levels of the student’s performance are accurate and what data is being used to determine growth.
Ensuring goals and objectives are clear, measurable, attainable, and relevant.
Establishing solid parent concerns.
Determining if further testing, assessments, accommodations, modifications, or services are needed.
IEP / 504 Meeting Attendance
Direct virtual or in-person advocacy and representation during school eligibility, placement, or annual review conferences. Includes up to 30 minutes of pre-meeting strategy formulation.
School Observation (Independent)
In-environment direct observation of student within the educational setting to evaluate environmental triggers, peer/educator interactions, and baseline BIP implementation fidelity.
Crisis / MDR Representation
Targeted crisis advocacy representation explicitly for Manifestation Determination Reviews (MDR), manifestation hearings, or emergency school disciplinary procedures.
Clinical ABA Assessment & Intake Services
Utilized exclusively by the supervising BCBA to oversee ongoing case metrics, dynamically modify targets based on graphic analysis, direct behavior technicians, and train parents/guardians.
Protocol Modification (Supervision)
Active case supervision, including direct oversight of technicians, data path analysis, target updates, or face-to-face protocol modification by the BCBA.
Family Behavior Treatment Guidance
Direct parent/caregiver coaching and strategic psychoeducation delivered by the BCBA, conducted with or without the client present.
Group Protocol Modification
Clinical social groups or focused peer development sessions actively moderated, structured, and modified dynamically by the BCBA.
Parent education on special education laws, compliance, navigating the complex system (i.e., Katie Beckett, NOW/COMP, SSI, Disability, VocRehab, SB10, DHH, DBHDD, ADA, ADRC, etc.)
